Structure

Primo One, a registered company based in the Netherlands, is solely responsible for the stablecoin aspect of the platform. This includes maintaining, supporting, and creating new Real-World Asset (RWA) pools, as well as financing rewards within these pools. Due to the regulated nature of this segment, KYC procedures are mandatory to ensure compliance and security.

The other part of the project is managed by a DAO, which oversees token pools and governance. This segment operates under a more flexible and community-driven model, where token holders participate in decision-making processes, including the introduction of new token pools, platform upgrades, and strategic direction.
